Soo im trying to instill a philosophy into my club and wanted to know how important it is to have staff to have passing style, pressing style and preferred formation ect ect to match the tactic? does it make any difference at all or should i just select based on how good they are in the training category?

I think it at least has an effect on ***-man and youth man/***.man if you make the youth-team use the first-teams' tactics.
I'm not sure it has ever gotten confirmed but according to Cleon's write up on the Ajax academy vs FM it is optimal for all coaches to be drilled in the same system, and not have some 442 guys and some 433 guys.
