Staff Problem.

Ok, so I´m trying to get rid of my assistant coach, but my board wont let me do so, because he´s asking for too much money to be fired. I get this message if I try to terminate his contract... the problem is I want another assistant manager and my board only wants me to have one. How am I supposed to solve this?

Offer him a new contract thats only 1 year long. Then try terminate his contract. Offer a mutual termination as this is usually cheaper. The shorter his contract is the cheaper it will be to release him
