staff profile slow loading

when i try to open my staff's profile, the page is displayed after 2-3 seconds. have this problem only with some of my clubs staff, but as the game progresses more of the staff gives me the same problem. it's starting to get annoying. anyone has any idea why is this happening and how to fix?
ps: it's not a hardware issue, using logo pack

ps:removed the logo pack, uninstall and install fresh copy fm 14, problem still persists.

I have the same issues but it goes away. I think it may just be a processing overload at some point. I always see it if I have more coaches left. If its a list of 10 it usually doesnt affect me!
