Staff question

First of I apologies for my perhaps bad english.

My big question is the ******* staff.
I've played through my first season with Arsenal and won a tripple (Champions League, Premier League & Captial One Cup).
I'm quite pleased with my team, although I'm looking for some reinforcements for some positions.
And with that being said I wonder what to do with my staff. I'm looking all around the interwebz and can't seem to become wiser.
Should I even do something about the staff considering Arsenal already have some decent youth coaches.
I want to sign young players and watch them grow to become the best possibble.

In short I just want some tips on who to sign and maybe a list on how many different coaches for my senior squad/reserve and U18.
Please help in any form possible I'm really clueless here.

Any ideas what type of people I should add/remove to my U18s Squad.
I've hired Werner Kern as U18 Manager & Massimo Biffi as U18 goalkeeping coach.
The rest is Arsenal standard with 3 physios and 1 fitness.

Just let it be or add people with more focus on specific areas (attack/defense)?

edit. Also I want to fire Kwame Ampadu, who's the assistant in the U18, pretty pretty much.
Go with an assistant that make up for my U18s manager flaws?
