Staff Rep

Just a quick one, does anyone find a staff members reputation affect their performance in game?. I'm looking at my Head Of Youth who has 13 working with youngsters, 20 JPA and 19 JPP but his rep is only 2.5 stars. Has anyone experienced better intakes if they have higher starts or is it just purely down to their attributes.

hey man yeah the reputation of hoyd is important. i just tried with hoyd everything 20's and world class reputation and i got my best ever youth intake with 5 5star potential players.
