Staff Search Filter lacking nationality

Hi folks,

forgive me if this has been asked/brought up before but when i'm searching for staff, in the results block i am unable to change the way it is laid out so that i am able to see the nationality of the person.

Am i doing something incorrect or is this, and i really hope it isn't, another of si needless improvements?

I agree that I wish the nationality was displayed while searching. However if you are looking for a specific nationality you can always add it to the filter by specifying a specific nationality you want or do not want

If you right click on the grey bar where it says Name, Preferred position etc.. then you can add more columns like so
