Staff wage budget!!!

you can change it by going to the board room and adjusting your wage budget with excess transfer funds to improve the wages a bit or request more wage funds.

and to attract better staff as your team reputation gets better or your team in general does 'cup wins, promotions etc..' you can attract better staff

the only way to attract staffs are to build up your reputation. winning CL will do wonders.

looks like a tall order but will give it a good go...im not in the CL this season but sure to go all the way in UEFA cup....will see what next season brings. thanks guys!!!!

well wining the champions league doesn't always help, i had 22 trainers in my staff, won the champions league and then they said i only needed 21 people, so a decrease of 1, while winning the CL

hmm there aint really a way around it is there? well guess thats another thing they need to look to improve in the 2010 version...still love it and still addicted.lol
