staff wages budget

ive just been promoted with middlesbrough and a lot of my staff left due to being out of contract,i was given 25 m to spend and have about £50,000 available wage budget but i cant afford to give £1000 to any staff i try to sign but am allowed to give a player £50000 wages is there a way round this any help appreciated

Adjust your budget. Put more into your wage budget.

ive put it all to wages but it still wont let me but will allow up to 50000 for a player i dont understand it im left with no 1st team coaches or fitness coaches

just sign coaches who dont ask for as much thats what I do
