Anybody found getting new coaches is somewhat rubbish.

Everyone is interested but they want £25 more than I can offer. It's beyong a joke how long i've taken to find an assistant manager.

Is this a bug?

It's annoying as ****.

Anybody had this crazy shizzle?

I haven't, but then again I am Newcastle so I can't go after amazing coaches yet. At the end of my first year so I guess I really haven't gotten into how many coaches I can get. I will say it is kind of funny to see 25 dollars more. Last years game I had a bunch of coaches who were around 100-250 wanted it and I couldn't get it. So I had to wait for another year and then I had the finances. Did you try to edit your budget cause for 25 you should be able to get them then that way as well.

Just look for staff with lower reputations, but still with good stats. They will probably won't ask for as high wages. Also just search for staff yourself. Only use the job board thing if you are desperate or lazy.
