I could find all kinds of advice about players on this forum, but what about staff? I mean, what's important for an assistant manager, a youth trainer, etc ? I've done next to nothing about my training and youth, cause I actually don't know much about it. So, I'm not asking for good staff members, I'm asking which attributes they need...
