start fm without those annoying advertising

Go to your Football Manager folder....

For Steam Users it should be something like this...

C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\football manager 2011\data\movies

Simply delete all of the files from that folder. I like to keep loading.ogv though. But you can delete it if you want.
