Start of first season with Liverpool, only 2 million to spend! Striker needed, Help?!

I'm in my first season with Liverpool and as you know they don't have the best attacking options. I need a striker that will get me goals for 2 million or less.

Use installments and get Kadlec for like 4 million i think it is?
Or use some money and try and get Sturridge in on loan from chelsea, hes unreal.
