Starting on Default not Update

How is it possible to start a new game on the default database that first starts, rather than an updated database, i want to start from scratch, not with signing that clubs made recently

good one, all i want, is to start the season with how the club would be at the beginning of the transfer window, not with some awful players that were signed, and no money to spend
