Starting Players for Moldovan League

I started a game in the Moldovan First Division and I need some players to sign as the team I picked has pretty **** players. I have a total wage budget of £8k and I need a good amount of players, what are some recommendations? I can only find so many players that are actually worth a **** by manually scouting them, which I will be doing for awhile since I'm trying to build a team.

look at players on free... the wage budget is too low to identify solid players!

I was in a similar situation and bought these players on a free, most of their wages are low!
also, you can look to sell some of your worst players or the ones who are on contacts they don't deserve given their talents!
