Starting to get bad results?

I've almost finished my 1st Season with Southampton and I've been 1st for most of the Season while playing well. All of a sudden about midway through March we started to lose and draw a lot of games. Don't understand why, please can someone help?

I had same problem with Milan, but after 5 "bad" games ( Mostly draws where my forwards couldn't score ) they started scoring again and results started getting better.

Stick with your team. Rotate some players who are doing really bad and results will get better.
