Startng With Low Rep

I started as a Semi-Pro Rep with FC Lorient in France, I came 6th and qualified for UEFA but got beat by Betis because of match fitness mainly. 2nd Season I have Won the Championship beating PSG by 2 points. In total have signed 7m worth of players and sold 30+m worth of players. The problem is I cant get any other decent job, not even in France ?? Why is this ?? I have applied for AS Monaco and Lyon in France and Loads of others in the German, Spanish, English and even International Jobs (Cameroon, Jamaica etc...) Is this all to do with my starting rep ? I like to build a team up and then take a big Job. Answers much appreciated :S

It's down to your reputation, to other managers and their reputation and sometimes your nationality can be issue.

Does it take a lot to improve reputation? I'm listed as regional even though I took my Serie C side to semi finals of Coppa Italia and won Serie C cup last season.

Seems to take quite a bit, I just won the skrill prem and reputation didn't move even 1%. But did have a big jump up from local to regional at start of season when took on the role.
