Stat colours?

I've seen people with custom stat colours, like the higher end stats are red, and the mid stats are orange etc... how do I do that?

In preferences, go into 'interface'. In the top right (Just below where it says Football manager 2013 in big letters), click the tab that says 'skin colours'. Then just click on whatever you want to change and pick a colour!

(To simplify; The drop-down menu>Preferences>Interface>Skin colours)
