Stats decrease..?

Just wondering why all his stats have decreased like that? I've only just bought him and haven't tinkered with his training yet. I have recently bought a load of backroom staff could that be the reason?

Sorry if there is a specific thread for this sort of thing but I couldn't find it.

Put him on a training schedule and they will go back up
Hes probably used to being on a good training at his old club
