Hey i love managing ll clubs, but i always fail. i seem to have a problem working out how good my players are because of there low stats, I try to play simple 442 usally with no overly techincal tactics. I was wondering what stats do i look for, for each position as a llm

Physical attributes are more important than technical, especially the lower you go.

If you can find a really really quick striker, it wont really matter how poo his technical and mental stats are, in the lower league he will score for fun.

so i would look for strength and speed over finishing for instance?
