Steam Achievements - English Hero

Does anyone know if you have to start from Blue Square N/S or Just League 2?
and, has anyone achieved it on 2010?

Would help if you actually specified what the achievement was? Not all of us use Steam...

Well, it's from the Bottom division to the top. League 2 isn't the bottom division, so there's your answer.
