Steam Achievements

Hi guys, fm12 is the 1st game ive played through steam. However i know i wont always be able to play fm12 online through steam (when sneaking an hour or so at work)

Main question is will you only complete achievements when playing ur game online? or does steam pick up that uve unlocked them whilst playing online?

With FM11 Steam's achievements worked only online and won't unlock achievements gained when offline.
Dunno if FM12 will.
