Steam and Graphics/Skin and Facepacks Help

Hi Guys,

I've been playing FM2012 through steam and ive got bored of the normal skin. Ive downloaded lots of backgrounds, facepacks and skins but cant seem to use them on my game. Please can someone please give me clear instructions on how to get thse to work when playing the game through steam. Anyone's help would be much appreciated.

Cant use my saved skins

I can get my facepacks and backgrounds,but new version wont allow me to change skins in the display&sound screen???? stuck with the awful original skins. is there a fix for this?
