Steam "Football Manager 2021 - Running" but not working?

Hello,

Been enjoying the Beta, obviously FM21 has been fully released today and now I'm unable to open the game. Click play both on my desktop/through Steam, the game shows as running on Steam but it's not coming up on my screen. Keep clicking to open while it's "Running" and get the below pop up, I've tried reinstalling but still not having it.

Any advice?
