Steam not downloding new patch

Hey all, was wondering if anyone else was having this problem or had any advice on what to do?
I cant play the game at all, the download is open but keeps pausing after a few seconds?
Is it becos the servers are too busy, should i just keep it running overnight?

I'd give it a bit of time. First time I tried it had servers are too busy then it downloaded quickly

Thanks for the reply mate, still not getting any progress at all with it! might just leave the laptop on overnight and hope for the best.

First check it is set to automatically update: Right click FM2012 > Properties > Updates > It should say "Always keep this game up to date"

If that is Ok try: Right click FM2012 > Properties > Local Files > Verify Integrity of Game Cache
