Steam not updating transfers!!!!

As the title suggests I have the latest version of steam but it has no updated ANY of the transfers to make it worse I don't know how to extract files on a Mac so can not do it manually!:'(PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!

Some transfer windows aren't even closed yet and you expect an update? Sigh.

The official patch with transfer update is usually released mid-late February.
