Steam Problem

I got a problem... I registered a new account on my Laptop, but I forgot the nickname and the password and my Laptop is broken down so I wanted to play FM on my old PC, but I dunno how to recover the password.
I pressed "Retreive a lost account" I added the code and I was waiting to receive the ban and the nick but I didn't nothing recevied.
What to do?
Please help me to recover my account and my password!

The problem is that I don't know the Secret Answer...

If you don't know the secret answer, then you're going to have to convince Steam that you own the game legitimately. Contact their support desk to see what you'll need to do (usually involves sending them details of how you paid for the game, and if a CD, sending them the CD.)

Oh, fortunately, I discovered that not the Secret Answer was wrong, The Verification Code was.
There I was writing the CD-Key from my CD Support, but they gave me a special Verification Code and now works!
