Steam update trouble?

I purchased Football Manager 2012 last week on steam after having a naughty version for a while to see what it was like. After buying the game I was expecting the game to update itself but after a week I can still only play on version 12.0.0. Am I right in thinking this should by now be 12.0.3 or at least 12.0.2?

if you're connected to the internet on steam then it should update automatically. screenshot your game status screen?
