Steam won't me start FM 2012, says game is not currently available

HI,

Whenever I try to start FM 12 it says the game is not currently available, please try again at another time.

It has been saying this for over a week now and i have never had this problem before.

I asked this question on the SI forums and I got banned for no reason, someone on a power trip I believe.

Does anyone know what I can do?

I need FM back
