steam wont open FM 2011

hey guys when i press on fm2011 a window pops ups and says "validating steam files" after it is successfully validated, another window pops up and reads " the steam servers are currently too busy to handle your request, please try again in a few minutes"
this has happenned for the last couple of days, but when i tried to open fm2010 it works fine.help plz?

Try changing your Download region in Steam > Settings > Downloads + Cloud

Then try to validate your files manually by Right Clicking FM11 > Properties > Local Files > Verify Integrity of Game Cache

Have you tried reinstalling from scratch?

hey m8 i uninstalled the game but cant reinstall it because the same message pops up
