STEAM!?

I cant connect to steam! Is it just my laptop or the actual programme? If anyone can help that would be good

I don't have any problems. So I don't think it's Steam itself.

i've enver had any problems with steam and i've used it on 2 different computers so far and neither of my brothers have had problems on their laptop's. says could not connect to steam network, it appears you are not connected to the internet (when i obviously am) or that your internet connection is not configured correctly for steam (when it is because I was on it about over 2 hours ago). either check your connection or click retry (i have) or start in offline mode ( i have)
