Steaua Bucharest tactics help!

Ok, so I'm having some problems with my team. I'm playing with Steaua Bucharest (Romania).
My team struggles against much weaker ones and I have too few goals oportunities.
Can you recommend me a tactic I should use? This is my current line-up. I would also like to conceive less goals so ego to maximize my defence ability. thank you
 
IMO one of your forwards should have a support role. If they are both pushing up they will be marked too easily - to compensate perhaps change your AM to attack. What are your left and right mids set too? I think that Winger Attack or Wide Midfield attack would be better for them depending on their stats so the try to get forward more. Otherwise things look ok. What philosophy ect. are you using? Could it be your teamtalks that are leading to complacency?
 
Have a go at my tactic, has worked very well with my Ajax team, banging in the goals... except for one game against Man Utd. Lost 1 game out of 13. Highlight of the season so far... beating Celtic 6-0 at home then 5-1 away in CL qualifying. Luis Suarez has been amazing for me scoring 20 goals in 11 games and still on top form. Team has scored 46 goals in 13 games, conceded 12.
