Stefano Mauri from Lazio worth signing on free?

I just got promoted to the premier league with Brighton so my second season.

Stefano Mauri from lazio is available on a free. he's 36 now and wants £20,000 a week. Scouts say he would be our best Attacking Left midfielder.

Anyone signed him at this age is he worth it?

Well, he is old and probably slow. But 20k really isnt much, especially in the premier league. It's not too much of a risk. I would keep him as a back-up option, if you cant find anyone else
