Sterling & Henderson roles

Hello FM,

What roles would you give Sterling & Henderson in the famous 41212 tactic from Liverpool?

Sterling is playing behind the two strikers and is outstanding at that position. First of all he is overlapping, playing direct balls but most off all he is very important in the pressing game.

Same for Henderson he is overlapping, pressing and also covering the right back..

Please give me your opinion!

Sterling probably just attacking midfielder, get him to close down more and play more direct balls.

Henderson just a straight box to box, get him to get forward whenever possible and arrive late in area and you're golden.
