No he's not a wonderkid, but he'll develop into a pretty good player if given enough playing time.

He is better than Chadli? I need to improve the left side of attack of my tottenham team and im not sure if Sterling is a good option.

Might depend on what role you plan on using him. Personally I use him as AML IF, I'll post a couple of screenshots of them both for comparison in that role:

Raheem Sterling hasn't the consistency for a good player. From time to time he will have a brilliant game, but the rest of his games will be boring, weak, unconvincing.
