have just seen on sky sports news that FC Twente manager Steve McLaren is in talks with German Side Wolfsburg.

After taking FC Twente to winning the league he is packing his bags.
Steve McLaren will make his desicion by Monday.

he's a great club manager and was a shame to see him not do so well for England.

Don't leave, Twente have the League and the fans love him. Why leave a great team behind? Plus, he might do a Sam Alladyce at Newcastle!
 
apparently two top ten EPL sides are also after him?
and also another German side Hamburg ?

not sure wether he would wan't to return to England :(

i'm always watching Sky Sports News. As soon as i turn my tele on im pressing 405 on my sky remote :P
 
wolfsburg would be a good job for him to have a go at, but hes already got some good foundations set in holland. glad to see him doing well again after the england stint 'wally with a brolly' etc, it was just to bigger jump to early in his career.
 
Wolfsburg have been really off target this season so McLaren will have a nice challenge to get them back into top form.

we really is a good coach, should never have been england manager.
 
I think it's too early for him to come back to England, if he does well with Wolsburg i.e winning the League Title or Europa League he could be set for a return to a club like West Ham or maybe even back to Boro?

if he wins the europa league/ league title i think he will go to a bigger club than west ham or boro lol
