Steven Gerrard keep or let go?

Gerrard contract is up for renewal. I am in 2013 Season and he just come back from 6 months out injured.

His attributes have not dropped yet, even though he is 32. He is currently on ?120,000 a week but is willing to drop to ?80,000 which is still alot of money for someone who is not always starting.

My question is shall I let his contract run out or sign him back on for a couple of year?

Also can you recommend any good replacements providing I let him go?

He is a club legend so fans will be very annoyed should he leave. Give him a 3 year contract at 80k a week and he'll retire at the end of the 3rd (probably) meaning you can give him a backroom staff job, avoiding conflict.

i guess your not a liverpool fan. give him the contract considering he is club legend.

im not a liverpool fan but i'll keep him till the end of his career ... no matter what ...

Yes didn't think about the riot by the fans if I sold Gerrard. Signed him on for another year! Can also help tutor the youngsters as well!
