After Stevenage Borough manager Graham Wesley decided that he would like to continue his carrer abroad, he looked no further than ESTAC.
The board are delighted that he chose to come to them, and he said
It is always hard to leave a club, but I had been at Stevenage, and I thought taking up this new Job offer, would benefit my carrer. I chose to move abroard, so fans wouldn't get angry at me, thinking that i'm unloayl, and just wanted to move clubs.

Stevenage need a new manager and have offered the job favourite, Josh Creighton of Tottenham Hotspurs Academy.

Me
After the Stevenage board offered me the job at 29, I had to take it as i knew it would lead me to sucess in management. I want to have a serious title challenge, and look foward to the future, where hopefully we will be mid table in L2, maybe playoffs!

I wish all the players good luck for the future, and they should all be proud with what they have achieved so far.

I know people will ask me this question, so before you ask I will tell you I may only buy a small majority of players, and a few loan signings.

Reports are coming in that Stevenage Manager Joshua Creighton, is looking to make immediate signings and has bidded for Pompey Duo Paris Cowan-Hall and Marlon Pack, who are predicted to be future stars, by pundits of the media.

He also loan bidded 2 other players from West Ham and Doncaster.

A range of free transfers have been made for a rising star Aaron Moses-Garvey and other players including the likes of Pavol Suhaj.

I have signed all these players:

Good luck, and try and sign Ragaven. I had a Stevenag game, and it was very enjoyable, it's just a pity Steve Morrison isn't there anymore.

Wonderful performance from Cowan-Hill bagging himself man of the match and 5 goals!

And I will just edit this post with this month's results, not keep posting each time. ;)

EDIT: I just realised I put Cowan-Hall scored loads of goals for them instead of us. Ignore it.

its not a bad story mate, keep going and soon you will have alot of posts

Iam liking it so far, like that infomation for the first 2 games, would like to know how to do that. Keep Going

Things were going well as I got off to a flying start as Stevenage manager. Some key results, and because i'm up to January in my game, I will just post from there.

Here are my updates:
After my good spell, we went on to a couple of draws and losses, and were in solid 10th place. It was a big shock seeing as I had done so well in previous matches.

No transfers so far, and got things back on track to be 6 points clear of Cambridge after beating them 5-2.

Nice layout, I'll be following, especially as they are my local team :)

STEVENAGE BOROUGH 4 KETTERING TOWN 2

It was hard-earned three points for Borough against a tenacious Kettering Town side at The Lamex Stadium on Saturday afternoon. A second-half brace from stacy Long saw of the challenge of a Kettering side that save for the games dying five minutes rarely troubled Stevenage.

Stevenage Borough boss Josh Creighton has won the Blue Square Premier “Manager of the Month” award for January. Creighton’s side went to the top of the Blue Square Premier table with two valuable league wins during the period.

Borough beat Cambridge 5-2 on New Years Day and then followed up by beating fellow promotion chasers Kettering 4-2. They also progressed to the last eight of the FA Trophy. Stevenage’s January record extended their unbeaten run to fourteen matches in all competitions.

In the Blue Square South the award goes to Staines Town manager Steve Cordery.and Darren Edmondson from Workington has won the award in the Blue Square North.

The Manager of the Month award will be presented prior to Stevenage’s Blue Square Premier fixture against Mansfield Town on Tuesday evening.

On the player front Ebbsfleet United forward Magno Vieira has won the Blue Square Premier “Player of the Month” award for January. The skilful Brazilian found the net five times in four starts for his club during the period. Ebbsfleet gave themselves every chance of staying in the Blue Square Premier as they took nine points from a possible fifteen to move out of the relegation zone. Vieira contributed with two goals in the stunning comeback victory against Forest Green and another brace in the 3-2 win at pre-season favourites Luton Town.

In the Blue Square South the award goes to Newport County’s Sam Foley and Nick Rogan from Fleetwood Town has won the award in the Blue Square North.

Chester City kicked out of football league

As has been widely reported in the media Chester City have been expelled from the Blue Square Premier and all their results expunged from the record books.
The effect on Stevenage Borough is that they lose the six points from the two victories gained against the former Football League club.
The official Football Conference press release says:
“Member clubs of the Football Conference, at a general meeting held today (Friday 26th February), voted in support of the Board of Director’s recommendation to erase Chester City (2004) FC from membership in accordance with Article 5.2 of the Football Conference Ltd.
Chester City FC, although having the right to make a presentation to the member clubs against the recommendation, did not attend the meeting.
Following the general meeting the Board of the Football Conference convened and declared in line with Football Conference Rule 13.9 that Chester City’s record in the competition this season will be expunged. The resultant changes to the table which will affect other club records will not be activated until any right of appeal process has expired or such appeal dealt with.
For avoidance of doubt, Chester City FC can only appeal against the original decision of the Board in relation to Football Conference Rule 8.6 which relates to their recommendation to member clubs. There can be no direct appeal via the Football Association in respect of the decision by member clubs relating to Article 5.2.
Today’s events are unparalleled in the history of our national sport and it is with much regret these circumstances have evolved. The Football Conference are saddened that any club should meet such a fate and we sympathise with those who hold the club dear to their hearts, especially after a proud heritage of 125 yrs. Whilst the decision of member clubs was taken in respect of the club failing to fulfil fixtures, behind these failures is a lesson to every club at whatever level they participate. Clubs have to live within their means and financial prudence can be the only way forward.”
