Still no screenshots

Hi everyone been trying now for the past few days to put screenshots up of my team but whenever i press ALT&F9 nothing happens apart from a properties section of my computer.
I have the relevant folder(s) in the proper section so i cant see what would be wrong??

any ideas or help would be really appreciated!!!

your not using a mac by any chance? you could try doing it through paint to get you by, press ctrl+prt sc then pasting in paint,if your using a normal pc then cant think why it wouldnt work with alt+f9
