Stoke (1st Season) Away tactic

So, I'm playing as Stoke and I need a good tactic to play away from home. Preferably one that focuses on a counter strategy to play against the top teams and maybe another one to play against lower reputation teams.

The only new add to the team is Fleck from Rangers if it may offer some help
