I'm trying to create Stokes 4-2-3-1 tactic they use IRL, I have £5M to spend but I will be selling a few players so lets say £10M.

Positions I need to strengthen....

CB- Young CB to learn from Shawcross

CM- Deep Lying Playmaker- Key Player

Winger- Inside Forward- Rotation to start with but someone who can grow into a key player.

Striker- Do I need a new Striker? Are Diouf, Josue and Crouch good enough?

pavon from boca for your winger/inside forward.
amartey or mammana for your young cb

Is Josh Brownhill good enough to be a Premier League DLP? Any DLP suggestions?

Fernando Gago from Boca. Cheap and really good. He signed for Southampton so there is a chance he will be willing to go to Stoke.

I'm trying to get Gago but they wont make a deal for less than £8-10M, Spurs signed Brownhill for £5M and Benfica signed Pavon.

I ended up signing Tom Huddlestone for £5M and D.Gray for £5M, Bojan is loking a great player for me as an AP or a Striker.

For CB Hause and Iorfa both young have been great on my wolves save and both natural as fullbacks also

I bought Gago for less than 4M first season IIRC but that was in 16.1 patch. I guess it's different now.
Guido Pizarro from one of the mexican teams is another classy Argentinian DLP.
