Stoke City 2013-14 Season HELP

Im currently in the preseason of the 2013-14 season.
I have been given £15million and Im looking for a player to play up front with Crouch maybe as a DLF, I am also looking for a Central Midfielder for the first team (any role)

My Team with out these players considered is

GK Begovic
DR Shotton
DL Olsson
DC Huth
DC Shawcross
MR Pennant
ML Etherington
MC Gibson
MC Palacios (Where New Player Will BE)
ST Jones (Where New Player Will Be)
ST Crouch

All other positions will be considered if you have any other recomendations for those positions, Thanks in advance

I'd grab Bressan (BATE) for about 1 million, and Sanogo (Auzerre) for about 3 million, and use rest to strengthen other areas, and add depth

Okay mate i'll have a look at them, only problem is Arsenal have already signed Sonago so i probably wont be able to get him.
Vela is considering a contract at the moment for £5m.

Vela is extremely average, if Sanogo has gone, take a look at Khouma Babacar, or Mbaye Niang, of course, theres always Carlos Fierro as well
