hey im really struggling with stoke can someone help me please

season 08/09: relagated from premier league

season 09/10: 3rd and beat in playoff final

season 10/11 got beat in the semi-final of the playoffs on penilties

season 11/12first half of season(december) budget: 649k

i will update every 5 or 10 league games

21 games played, 12 won, 6 draw, 3 lost, df +17, 42 points 3rd in the league my top goal scorer in the league: 11 james keene

try and get a couple of players on loan:) get a couple of parent clubs:), remove any dead wood:\, and basically rebuild:)
 
If you need a short term solution on maybe climbing back up to the Premiership, try and look for those who are available on a Free, but are quite aged. If you only need them on the short term, age shouldn't matter. Stoke's reputation isn't the best, but you should still be able to attract some decent names.
 
yea ok mate could you name someone you think would do a good job at stoke please?

try sign welbeck on loan
i loaned him to QPR and he was the league's top scorer
he'll probably accept stoke
 
i cant loan welback because he is out of contract and he wont sign for me because he just signed for spurs

Try Lateef Elford-Alliyu, with West Brom, see if you can get him on loan, he's a decent striker!

get gerard brumna on loan from liverpool btw try get james oshea from galway utd and keith fahey from st pats very good and cheap
 
Go check the Premier League, look at whoever are in the bottom 5-6 places, look at the strikers on the bench and in the reserves, try and get them on loan, those looking at the possibility of relegation are more likely to allow loans... let me know how you progress.
 
i dont need a striker i got i guy keene and he has scored 5 goals in 2 games its midfield were im weak i am about to buy geovanni for 500k and buna on loan from liverpool i will let know how they get on thaks anyway mate:):)

How come you never got Bruna? Look at the top 4 sides. Go to their reserves. Decide on the area that your weak. If it is your midfield go to Liverpool. Then to reserves. Look through for a midfielder that fits your criteria. Get a scout report. If it is a young player they are willing to loan to you it might say in the report-
Bloggs would be interested in joining out club on loan.
Your scout estimates that Bloggs would be available on a long term loan for 60-70K.
Also look for free transfers. Get some experienced pro's. I have signed some big players on free's. On a save I had a while ago as Wycombe I got Vieira after 2 seasons and also Giggs. I also found Andy Carroll who had been released by Newcastle. I had to make a decent bid because some PL clubs were interested and I was only in championship but I got him and he was my 2nd top scorer!

try simon ferry from celtic res or james mcarthy and mcarthur from hamilton
what about zuculini duno how expensice he'll be tho shudnt be that dear
 
Perform a search and look for people without contracts, and put the stats in you want, like for a striker you might put in 15 finishing, off the ball, positioning, pace etc. You should be able to find some former prem quality players that will sign for you that way.

Also try using the Man Utd tactics in the tactics part of this forum, very effective.
