Pointless thread as the rules state they can't.
 
Another Error on BBCs behalf, rules state that they can't, just reported on SSN, thats why sky is so much better ;)
 
When did these rules come into force because if i remember rightly when we signed Alexi Smertin we loaned him straight out to Pompey?

Lukaku has only just signed for Chelsea this transfer window, so he can't go to another premier league club.

this rule came into place in about 2004 I believe.

Well we signed Smertin in 2004
 
Maybe they will sign him on loan in jan instead?

He will; Anelka and Sturridge will play mostly on the right wing and I'd say Lukaku is ahead of Anelka and Sturridge for the striker position.
