Anyone that fails to follow that simple rule will be warned/infracted, as it is very annoying having to type 'Sorry, no-one will make custom skins blah...'
To customize your skin, look for a good BG using Google images, and add to the following folder -
User/Documents/Sport Interactive/Football Manager 2011/skins/*skin in use*/graphics/backgrounds
rename the wallpaper to default, and rename the original default to bkupdefault.
