Story of a 14 year old manager

It was 21st June 2009,Aditya Jain(me:P) from India was celebrating his 14th birthday but in evening he got a call from Getafe's chairman Ángel Torres Sánchez
. It was shocking for him because the Yeung asked him to be the Getafe manager. Yeah Manager. Manager. Manager.:O

He started doing packing and fled to Spain on 28th.

On 30th of June,Aditya was officially declared as Getafe manager. Full of ambitions,this lad went in transfer market soon after taking the charge.

People called Sanchez "MAD" to make a 14 yr old unknown boy the manager of a SPANISH PREMIER SIDE. He replied firmly " Age doesn't matter. Knowledge matters. I have seen this guy on facebook, dailymail etc and was impressed by him so decided to sign him and the best part,he don't take salary(laughs)."

This young lad was given only 4 million euros to spend but the board expected him to reach anywhere in league,means total freedom.

In his first press conference.when he was asked if it was a dream to manage Getafe,Adi replied in affirmative. He also said that he is happy with his staff and wants to keep Cata Diaz

Players were unhappy and thought they were insulted because they had to play under control of a KID!!

So the Summer transfer window started with so many targets in his mind. It looked like AJ wanted to add so many kids so he can play frog race with them.. .

So till the end of transfer window,the transfers made by the Getafe manager follows:

Nicolas Otamendi from Velez for 3 Million euros
Luis Gulherme for 250k(will join next season)
Mubarak Wakaso for 135k
Sergi for free
Idan Vered for 250k
Lillo for 45k from Valencia

Also about 6 players were transfer-listed by Getafe but no one wanted to buy them so they all were sent on loan to their feeder club Alcorcon.

ah, good choice in Defender with Mirel Radoi.

he's a decent defender for any side for a few seasons, but after 4/5 seasons he won't be good anymore.
just a little heads-up since it has happened to me in my Derby save.
 
Here we start again:

It was known that Aditya has an aggressive mentality and will choose an attacking formation. And he didn't prove wrong as his formation was whole attacking.
The standard Getafe formation(attached)

Season kicked off on 30th when Getafe had to face Spanish giants Villarreal. Everyone thought that Getafe defeat was certain and a micky mouse magic wand will be needed to avoid a defeat. But they were wrong,it was Juan Albin's magic by which they thrashed Villarreal. Real Madrid reject Soldado scored the first goal of season for Getafe by a fine header. Juan Angel Albin soon doubled the lead. Another Real Madrid reject scored a screamer to ensure Getafe win. In 84th min,Senna got sent-off for a reckless challenge on kiddo Parejo. On last minute of match,Getafe defender Cata Diaz tripped Giuseppe Rossi in the penalty area causing a penalty which Rossi converted

Final score

Getafe(Soldado,Albin & Parejo) 3-1 Villarreal(Rossi-Pen)(screenshot attached)

So,Real Madrid rejects mounted Getafe on top of the table while Real Madrid were humbled 2-0 by mighty Almeria. It was kick on the face of big spender Madrid.

Next up: Osasuna

Getafe had to face their relegation rivals Osasuna in this match. Game started with Getafe domination but it was Pandiani who opened the scoring for Osasuna. First half ended and people started throwing cans on Getafe players. Manager Aditya said to the players " You need to do better than this otherwise you will not be given your share of lollipop. Ok. Go on field and show why we are better than them."
These magical word inspired Getafe players and within 4 minutes of start,getafe were 1 goal up thanks to brace of Soldado. getafe manager got so excited that he punched his assistant's(ouch :P). The game ended with the same scoreline and people chanted names of Pedro Leon and Soldado,their heroes of comeback.

Final score:
Getafe(Soldado 2) 2-1 Osasuna(Pandiani)

Getafe managed to stay on top of the table.

Next up: Zaragoza. Getafe's 1st away game.

Hey sorry but my all previous saves got deleted accidently including this one.:( I have started game with Getafe now and will be posting it.
