Strange bug is getting quite frustrating!

I've been noticing a strange bug in my game where players will switch position mid-match and I have to go into my tactics to switch them back :S. It happens between the wingers/central midfielders and the strikers - and the rate it happens seems to be random. Sometimes they will change (despite me continually changing them back) 4 times in 20 minutes - sometimes it won't happen for the full game. Its particularly frustrating as its costing me points as I have the wrong players getting on the end of chances.

I have heard that sometimes they switch back to cover injured players but this happens without injuries - its as if someone else is switching them in the tactics menu :S. I haven't downloaded the new update yet as my internet is really really slow - does anyone know if anything like this was fixed or have heard of it themselves?
