Strange problem, won't allow me to continue?!

I'm attempting to change parent club, it asks me if I want to replace my current feeder club, it has an option to click yes/no, when I click yes, it says, 'you have chosen to change your feeder club'.. however, the option of yes/no is still there, and it won't allow me to continue as it says I must respond?! I've tried reloading my skin but this made no difference, how will I solve this problem?
