Striker and MC for Arsenal

Need a striker to play up front on his own, Cardozo seems best value at 7 million if anyone knows better value please tell me!
I also need a Central Midfield partner for fabregas will probably have 16-20 Million for him

Cardozo is the best value around at about 7.5 Million which is what I have payed for him in previous saves. CM wise I would get Moussa Sissoko.
