Nottingham Forest, first season, got about 1.7 million to spend, 2 million absoloute tops. I have been trying to get Fonseca, but I can't negotiate them down, also Lavezzi doesn't want to come. Any ideas? Thanks.

Isn't Saviola available for free in the beginning of the game? Or maybe after a season, can't remember. Then it's just his quite ludicrous wage demands you have to worry about, but maybe you can adjust your budget?

Otherwise, Humberto Suazo looks an excellent option, moved to West Ham for £1.8m in my game, avg. ratings of 7.17 and 7.47 in the first two seasons, scored 14 in 29 last season in the Premier League.

Delfouneso has been excellent for me on past teams and should be able to get on a loan-with-option-to-buy deal.

I lost a bidding war for Suazo, and I've never really looked at Delfouneso, i'll give him a peek. And i completely forgot about Saviola! I'm pretty sure he is available for less than 100k
