Striker to get me 15+ goals a season in the premiership??? HELP

Basically, being newcastle in the premiership and Carroll and Balotelli aren't getting the goals that i need and the board gave me an extra £21.5m to spend and i spent £7.25m on Diego Buonanotte and £5.25m on Nicolas Otamendi.... Have £8.35m left and have £70k p/w available and need to buy a striker... ANY SUGGESTIONS????

What about Soldado? Poacher he scores like crazy.

Guillhereme (Spelling) Was on loan at CSKA on the original game, not sure where he is now on the Summer Update, but very good striker, gets tons of goals, but everyone overlooks him on Forums.
